As a Licensed Locksmith, I have been audited by a 3rd Party Government Appointed Agency in all aspects of my business. I set up during the deepest darkest point of the last Recession in 2009 and so know the value of customer service and how customers like to see value in the services they are paying for.

I will always explain my prices and services to you as best I can, and will discount multiple works to offer the best value I can, but I am a business, I know the value of my services and my worth.

I contacted Rob T on a Thursday afternoon and he replied that evening with a quote for works to be done, he contacted me the following day to arrange a time when he could come round and he turned up at that time, very polite and new what he was doing. He changed the mechanism in the window as it wasn't locking/opening. All sorted now so many thanks to Rob. Would definitely recommend him..

I had an emergency with my front door, both the handles and locking mechanism broke so I was u able to close or lock the door. I found rob online and he was out the same day. Rob is a very reliable person. He came to my home last week the same day I called. He fixed a side opening window that had jammed there and then. Rob also quoted a very reasonable price for a new double glazed window panel that had blown. As soon as he had the glass, he called me on the day he said he would fit to give me an hour's notice. He arrived punctually and fitted the new glass unit. He removed and replaced my blind. He also noticed i had changed the barrel on my front door lock the wrong way round. Without any charge and in less then a minute, he put this right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob. He is polite and respectful and the jobs were seen and fixed within a few days. He is brilliant. What an absolute hero!!! I called the Doc at 2.30pm, he was at my house by 3.30pm and my front door was fixed by 4.10pm. Such impressive speed of service! All delivered with a smile. I found Rob through some stand out reviews on Google which he absolutely lived up to. He is exceptional. He quoted an honest and genuine price and didn't ask for a penny more. He came the next day and completed the work quickly and beautifully. We saw some of the work Rob did and never in a million years could I have attempted this, it's a craft. Rob fixed a broken bedroom window which had become stuck and was the bane of our lives. He removed the pane and rejigged the internal mechanisms fixing everything as he went. We will no longer be sweltering in the summer, I truly value his work and feel really pleased that I don't need to look any further. I can confidently trust Rob to do further work that comes up. Seemless service. Our composite front door was sticking/difficult to close. I contacted Rob and he was able to come out the same morning. Quickly identified the problem (door alignement) and fixed it. Clearly knows what he is doing! Highly recommend.
